Episcopal Election Public Candidates Meeting

Episcopal Election Public Candidates Meeting

Friday, February 20 at 7pm at Holy Trinity Pembroke

The Episcopal Election for our Anglican Diocese of Ottawa will take place on Saturday, February 28th, at Christ Church Cathedral. Prior to the election, there will be a series of four public meetings across our diocese for everyone to have a chance to hear the candidates’ answers to a set of relevant questions and to get to know them in a more informal setting at a coffee hour style reception.

The Parish of the Valley will be hosting a public meeting on Friday, February 20th at 7pm at Holy Trinity Pembroke. This meeting, as well as the other three meetings in our diocese, will also be live-streamed. All are welcome and invited to attend the public meeting.

For further details, updates, and the livestream link, please check our diocesan website at the link below.

Holy Trinity Pembroke Custodian Gaëtan Chaput

This week as a parish we celebrate ten years of faithful service by Holy Trinity Pembroke’s Custodian, Gaëtan Chaput, who began working for Holy Trinity on January 11th, 2016. Whether it be shovelling the snow before a Sunday service, setting up the church hall for a bazaar or a reception, or cleaning the Holy Trinity sanctuary so that it always shines forth with God’s glory, Gaëtan is constantly there, serving others with humility and tremendous care.

We are incredibly grateful for his continuing service at Holy Trinity. Thank you, Gaëtan, for everything that you do, and congratulations on ten years of faithful service at Holy Trinity Pembroke!
