Food Bank SundaySunday, October 13th "And what does the Lord require of you, but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8) Jesus teaches that there are two great commandments: love of God and love of neighbour. Our next Food Bank Sunday is Sunday, October 13th. As we worship together on Thanksgiving, we are ever mindful of the needs of those in our communities. So as we gather for worship, we also gather offerings for our local food banks - seeking to offer food and monetary donations to our local food banks so that they might in turn support our neighbours. Please consider bringing a donation for your local foodbank with you when you come to church on October 13th. Food may also be dropped off at local food banks during the week - for a list of local food banks and opening times please lick the button below. While we strive to keep updated information, if you learn of changes in opening times please do let us know so that we can update our information.
