The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is held each year between the Feasts of the Confession of St. Peter (January 18) and the Conversion of St. Paul (January 25). This is an ecumentical observance celebrated around the world. In it, Christians around the world are invited to pray for the unity of all Christians, to reflect on scripture together, to participate in jointly organized ecumenical services, and to share fellowship.
This year's ecumentical service in the Eganville-area will be held on Sunday, January 19 at 3pm at St. John's Eganville. All are welcome and invited to join this service.
