St. John's Eganville has for many years celebrated a sung Book of Common Prayer Evensong during Advent to raise funds for the twenty students that the congregation sponsors in Uganda. Because of COVID-19, this year the Evensong service has been scaled back and made virtual. Rather than having a full choir, a small ensemble of singers pre-recorded the service at the church, wearing masks and observing additional physical distancing in accordance with all of our COVID-19 safety protocols. We hope you will join us to hear some Advent and Christmas hymns and to take a trip down memory lane through the prayerful poetry of the Book of Common Prayer.
