The Rev. Gale Edmondson

A retired priest of the Diocese, Gale has been happily living in Eganville since 1995.

I was ordained in 1992 and served in Christ Church Bells Corners as a curate before becoming the rector of the Parish of Eganville for 8 years. During retirement I have enjoyed filling in at most of the Anglican churches in the Parish of the Valley as well as 3 interim positions at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eganville when they were calling new pastors.

I have a varied background as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, a nurse practitioner in a community medical center and later a faculty member in Continuing Education Health Sciences at Algonquin College in Ottawa before being called to the ministry.

Paul and I have 2 married sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 4 grandchildren; one family lives in Eganville and the other in Ottawa.
