Holy Trinity Anglican Church is a Christian community located in the City of Pembroke, Ontario. At Holy Trinity, we strive to be a loving, inclusive, and affirming church family that worships God and serves our neighbours. We place a high priority on the study of the Holy Bible and on following the examples and teachings of Jesus Christ as we seek to live out God’s mission.
Our vision is to impact and renew Pembroke and beyond with the transforming message of Jesus through our words, actions, and relationships. Everyone is welcome at Holy Trinity. Our Sunday services are at 8am and 10am (one service at 9am in the summer months). Come as you are - we'd love to get to know you!
New: Holy Trinity services are now broadcast on YourTV Ottawa Valley! Watch us on YourTV on Sunday at 10am.
SUPPORT HOLY TRINITY CHURCH:
HISTORY
The first services in Pembroke were held beginning in 1855 in a rented hall called “The Chapel.” The cornerstone of the first church was laid in August of 1864. As the population of the town grew and changed, it was decided to move the church to a new location. On June 30, 1925 the cornerstone for the new Holy Trinity was laid in its current location. The new church was consecrated in January 17, 1944. Since then, extensive upgrades have been done to the church, including the installation of an elevator to make the sanctuary and church hall completely accessible.
